In the project for the reuse of the building, the aim was to preserve its upper-class residential use. The weakness of the design of the existing building with its subsequent expansion and the general aging and neglect mask the original nature of the house. Moreover, over time, the needs and expectations of the contemporary upper-class bourgeoisie have changed considerably compared to those of half a century ago.
