This is a large building that houses a car park on the first five floors, while on the eight upper floors it houses 260 apartments with eight typologies. The setting is part of a vast urban project in Milan, aimed at rethinking the vaste area now occupied by an abandoned railway port. This justifies the urban proportions of the building and the rich availability of services contained in it, which are designed to serve a large neighborhood, not a single building.
