The competition consisted in a proposal for a possible completion of the dome of Sant'Andrea delle Fratte: an important work by Borromini that has remained unfinished. From engravings of the time, we discovered that a crane and a part of the scaffolding remained on the unfinished tambour of the dome for more than a century after the work was interrupted. Our idea was therefore to recreate a hypothetical construction site that shows the absence of the dome through its shape. This project won the 4th prize of the international competition.
